Alessandro Sciarroni

Alessandro Sciarroni is an Italien performer, choreographer, and director with a background in visual arts. His works have been presented in contemporary dance and theater festivals, in museums and art galleries, as well as in other, non-theatrical venues. Since 2012, his poetic research has changed focus and is oriented towards long-running shows that merge contemporary dance and performing arts, characterized by a rigourous conceptual structure that have a strong emotional impact on the audience.
Sciarroni has also taken part in residency programs such as Choreographic Dialogues, Performing Gender et Migrant Body, a dance project in relection on migration and its cultural impact in Europe and Canada.
