A double workshop dedicated to the string quartet. Directed by Chaya Czernowin, composers from the world over complete their work for quartet—with or without electronics—with or without "prepared" instruments. The Diotima share their experience of the 20th century repertoire with composers and new groups. A contemporary heritage that has been enhanced today with fundamental works with electronics, such as Jonathan Harvey’s 4th quartet.
